The news of fresh snowfall has created curiosity as well as enthusiasm among the trekkers. Hence, trekkers must go on treks after being absolutely prepared to walk on the snowy path or whatever weather condition it is in their respective trekking regions.

INDIA TREKS UPDATE

• Uttarakhand Treks

Winter Kuari Pass Trek

The weather in Kuari Pass has turned cloudy again. The mountains are covered with the snow that fell earlier.

“Great news for all the trekkers who have embarked on their journey recently is about to witness a fresh snowfall in the upcoming hours.”

As for the trek update -

• The two batches of 24th January are on day 4 of their schedule, and today they will move from Tali Forest Camp to Kuari Pass and back via Khullara Top.
• The two batches of 25th January are on day 3 of their schedule, and today they will move from Gulling Top to Tali Forest Camp.
• The 26th January batch is on day 2 of their schedule, and today they will move from Pipalkoti to Gulling Top.

Dayara Bugyal Trek

The weather conditions on the Dayara Bugyal trek have completely changed, and it is once again cloudy there.

“Exciting news for all the trekkers who are about to start their trekking journey or are already on the Dayara Bugyal trail, the snowfall has graced the region, converting the whole place into a perfect white paradise.”

As for the batch update -

• The 24th January batch is on day 4 of their schedule, and today they will move from Chilapada to Dayara Top and Trek to Nayata.
• The 25th January batch is on day 3 of their schedule, and today they will move from Gui to Chilapada.

Chopta Chandrashila with Deoriatal (5 days)

The weather in Sari, on the Chopta Chandrashila Trek, has turned once again.

“The trekkers have started to experience light snowfall at the base camp and others on the trail, too.”

As for the batch update -

• The 23rd January batch is on the 5th day of their schedule, and today they will move from Tali Forest Camp - Pipalkoti via Gurson bugyal and Auli.
• The 25th January batch is on day 3 of their trek, and today they will move from Gulling Top to Tali Forest Camp.
• The 26th January batch is on day 2 of their schedule, and today they will move from Pipalkoti to Gulling Top.

Chopta Chandrashila 3-day Trek

The weather in Baniyakund, on the Chopta Chandrashila Trek, has changed once again, and trekkers might experience snowfall during their trek in the upcoming hours. As for the batch update -

• The 25th January batch is on the last day of their schedule, and today they will drive back to Rishikesh.

Kedarkantha Trek

The Kedarkantha Trek is cloudy, and the trails are still covered with snow.

“Great news for all the trekkers who have embarked on their journey recently is about to witness a fresh snowfall in the Kedarkantha trek in the upcoming hours.”

Regarding the batches -

• The 24th January batch is on day 4 of their schedule, and today they will move from Kedarkantha base to Kedarkantha peak, descend to Hargaon camp.
• The 25th January batch is on day 3 of their schedule, and today they will move from Juda-Ka-Talab to Kedarkantha Base.
• The 26th January batch is on day 2 of their schedule, and today they will move from Sankri to Juda-Ka-Talab.
• A new batch of Kedarkantha has begun on 27th January, and today they will arrive at Sankri.

Brahmatal Trek

The weather in the Brahmatal Trek region has turned cloudy for now.

“In the upcoming few hours, the whole trek region will be covered in snow, becoming the perfect white paradise.”

As for the batch update -

• The 23rd January batch is on the 5th day of their schedule, and today they will move from Brahmatal to Lohajung.
• The 25th January batch is on the 3rd day of their schedule, and today they will move from Gujreni to Tilandi.
• A fresh batch of Brahmatal started on 27th January, and today they will drive from Rishikesh to Lohajung.

Gulabi Kantha Trek

The weather at Hanuman Chatti has changed suddenly.

“The whole Gulabi Kantha region has started to experience fresh snowfall once again.”

As for the weather update -

• The two 24th January batches are on day 4 of their schedule, and today they will move from Seema Thatch to Gulabi Kantha summit and descend to Kandola Chhani.

Sandakphu Trek

The weather in Sepi, the base camp of the Sandakphu Trek, remains sunny. As for the batch update -

• The 24th January batch is on day 4 of their schedule, and today they will move from Phalut to Thokum.
• The 25th January batch is on day 3 of their schedule, and today they will move from Samanden to Phalut via Gorkhey.
• A new batch of Sandakphu has begun on 27th January, and it will drive from NJP to Sepi.
