1.To be eligible for the trek your BMI needs to be as per the criteria set by TTH for the trek. Check our website to find the acceptable BMI Range. If your BMI range is higher than our permitted limit then reach out to your Trek Coordinator.
2.As per our policy, we do not permit people with conditions like high blood pressure, diabetes, heart conditions, asthma, and epilepsy on high-altitude treks. Individuals with these conditions are more vulnerable to developing altitude-related illnesses, strokes, heart attacks, sudden asthma or epilepsy episodes and as such, this measure is taken to maintain the safety of everyone involved.
3.After booking you need to update your complete profile within 10 days. Failure to update your profile within the stipulated time will result in the cancellation of your booking. In such a case, the refund will be according to our cancellation policy.
