10th April 2026 Weather Update: Himalayas are Experiencing Cloudy and Sunny Weather

Once again, the Himalayas are experiencing a huge change in their weather conditions. Yesterday, the treks which were experiencing rainy weather conditions are now either having cloudy weather today or it’s completely sunny there. Making it an ideal, pleasant weather to witness the mountains. So, the trekkers who are about to go on the trek or have reached there are advised to carry light rain gear and be prepared for sudden changes, as mountain weather can be unpredictable. Although, irrespective of the change in weather conditions all the treks are running as per their schedule.

4th April 2026 Weather Update: Most of the Himalayan Treks are Dominated by Thick Cloud Cover

Today, the weather across the Himalayan trekking routes is cloudy once again. Skies remain overcast throughout most regions with a chance of snowfall in high altitudes. Periodic rainfall is being reported in a few mid-altitude treks. We recommend trekkers to take caution on trails, especially on steep or uneven sections. At higher altitudes, temperatures may drop further during the night, and fresh snow might sweep passes and exposed ridgelines. Trekkers are advised to stay updated on local forecasts, carry proper rain and cold-weather gear, and be prepared for sudden drops in temperature.
