18th Feb Weather Update: Once Again, the Sky Has Turned All Cloudy in all the Trekking Regions

The weather was said to be all bright and sunny across most of the regions in the Himalayas, but the weather has changed once again and turned the whole sky into a cloudy one.

The temperature might also drop a little and turn a little colder throughout the day today. So, don’t forget to carry things to protect yourself from possible rain and watch your steps while trekking.

INDIA TREKS UPDATE

• Uttarakhand Treks

Winter Kuari Pass Trek

Today, the weather in the Kuari Pass base camp (Pipalkoti) has turned cloudy today. As for the batch updates -

• The 13th February batch is on the last day of their trek, and today they will move from Pipalkoti to Rishikesh.
• The two batches of 16th February are on day 3 of their schedule, and today they will move from Gulling Top to Tali Forest Camp.

Kedarkantha Trek

The weather at the Kedarkantha base camp in Sankri has turned all cloudy for now. As for the trek updates -

• The 14th February batch is on day 5 of their schedule, and today they will move from Hargaon Camp to Sankri.
• The 16th February batch is on day 3 of their schedule, and today they will move from Juda-Ka-Talab to Kedarkantha Base.

Brahmatal Trek

The weather in the Brahmatal base camp (Lohajung) has turned cloudy today. As for the batches -

• The 13th February batch is on the last day of their schedule, and today they will move from Lohajung to Rishikesh.

Dayara Bugyal Trek

The weather at Dayara Bugyal has also shifted and has turned back to all sunny today. As for the batches -

• The 14th February batch is on the last day of their schedule, and today they will move from Nayata to Natin Village and drive to Dehradun.
• The 16th February batch is on day 3 of their schedule, and today they will move from Gui to Chilapada.

Sandakphu Trek

The weather in (Sepi) Sandakphu base camp is all bright and sunny right now, and it will remain so throughout the day.

• The 16th February batch is on day 3 of their schedule, and today they will move from Samanden to Phalut via Gorkhey.

The weather has changed once again and has turned the whole sky cloudy for now. And just like we said, we are informing you as early as possible so that you can prepare yourself accordingly.
