December 09, 2025 - Trek Update: Kedarkantha, Kuari Pass, and Dayara Trek
The winter season has officially begun, bringing all the chills and cosy vibes, along with its share of ups and downs in the weather. So, start getting prepared for the trail, and here is today’s complete weather forecast to keep all trekkers updated.
To make the treks easier for you, we have provided a comprehensive update on the current status of all the treks and batches. So now you don’t have to worry about tracking the weather.

Uttrakhand Treks
Winter Kuari Pass Trek
Today, the weather in Pipalkoti is clear and perfect for continuing or starting your trek. Apart from that, new winter treks have started -
- The 6th December batch is on the day 4 schedule, and today they will move from Tali Forest Camp to Kuari Pass and back via Khullara Top.
- The 7th December batch is on schedule, and today they will move from Gulling Top to Tali Forest Camp.
- Another new batch was added on 8th December, and today they will depart from Pipalkoti to Gulling Top.
Chopta Chandrashila with Deoriatal (5 Days)
The weather in Sari, on the Chopta Chandrashila Trek, is clear today. As for the batches-
- The 7th December batch is on schedule, and today they will move from Deoria Tal to Tala Village and drive to Baniyakund.
Dayara Bugyal Trek
The weather in the Dayara Bugyal trek is clear today, as for the batch update.
- The 7th December batch is on the day 3 schedule, and today, they will leave from Gui to Chilapada.
Kedarkantha Trek
The current weather in the Kedarkantha Trek region is clear today. Regarding the batches, a new batch has started today.
- The 7th December batch is on the day 3 schedule, and today they will move from Juda-Ka-Talab to Kedarkantha Base.
- Another new batch of Kedarkantha was added on 8th December, and today they will move from Sankri to Juda-Ka-Talab.
Gulabi Kantha Trek
The current weather in the Gulabi Kantha Trek region is clear today. Regarding the batches, a new batch has started today.
- A new batch was started on 6th December, and today they will move from Seema Thatch to Gulabi Kantha Summit and descend to Kandola Chhani.
North East Treks
Sandakphu Trek
The current weather in Sandakphu Trek is clear today, and as for the batch update-
- The 6th December batch is on the day 4 schedule. Today, they will move from Phalut to Thokum.
- The 7th December batch is on schedule, and today they will be moving from Samanden to Phalut via Gorkey.
- Another new batch was added on 8th December, and today they will move from Sepi to Samanden via Ramam.
Bajre Dara Trek
The current weather in Bajre Dara Trek is clear today, and as for the batch update -
- A batch of Bajre was started on 6th December, and today they will be trekking from Bajre Dara to Lamathang.
