Latest Weather Update for Autumn Treks - October 6, 2025

Stay Trek-ready with Trek the Himalayas’ latest weather update!!!

We have crafted this update specifically for all our adventurous trekkers, after monitoring real-time conditions across all Himalayan trails to keep you informed and safe. From unexpected rain to any road blockade, we bring you accurate forecasts and timely alerts.

This update will help you pack smart, plan wisely, and embrace the mountains with confidence.

Gaumukh Tapovan

Our Gaumukh Tapovan Trek is experiencing a little cloudy weather today.

The good news is that all our previous batches have proceeded smoothly, as scheduled.

  • The 5th October batch has moved from Gangotri to Chirbasa currently.
  • As for the route, all the roads are completely open for travellers
  • Other than that, the 4th - 11th October batch is running as per schedule and now on day 4, they will be moving from Chirbasa to Bhojwasa.

Goechala Trek

In our Goechala Trek, trekkers are experiencing sunny weather, which is perfect to continue their trek further.

  • Our previous two batches, 3rd October and 4th October, are moving as per schedule.
  • The 3rd October trek has now moved from Tsokha to Dzongri via Phedang.
  • The 4th October batch has now moved from Bakhim to Tsokha.
  • Speaking of routes, the NH 10 has been opened now, and from now on, vehicles can go directly.
  • As for our 5th October -15th October batch, they are on schedule and are moving towards Sachen.

Sandakphu Trek

In our Sandakphu Trek, now trekkers can witness bright and sunny weather as the condition is stable now.

Unfortunately, due to the unexpected rain the 5th October batch is behind schedule.

All our previous two batches are running as per schedule and now they are moving towards Samanden to Phault.

  • The current batch is on the move. They are moving from NJP via an alternative route from darjeeling to sandakphu.
  • Speaking of routes, the Sukhia Pokhari Road is off for now and vehicles are going via Darjeeling.

Chopta Chandrashila with Deoriatal

The current weather at our Chopta Chandrashila Trek is better for trekkers to enjoy the trail of chopta.

  • All our previous batches are running as per schedule.
  • As for our 5th October batch it is on schedule and it is now moving from Sari Village to Deoriatal campsite.
  • Good news for all the trekkers, all the roads from Rishikesh to Sari Village are now open all the way for the travellers.

Dayara Bugyal Trek

The weather condition in the dayara region is now stable, and now, the trekkers can continue to enjoy the breezy weather on the trails.

  • The 5th - 9th October treks are running very smoothly and are on schedule.
  • They are now moving from the Natin Village to Gui camp.
  • Here’s a Road update for your convenience- that all the roads in Dayara trek are now completely open and can be used by travellers.

Bali Pass Trek

The Bali Pass Trek is experiencing pleasant weather today. Trekkers will have a good time while trekking on the trail there.

  • All the previous batches are running on schedule.
  • As for the route, all the roads are open now.
  • Our 5th October - 12th October they are on Day 2 schedule, moving from Sankri to Seema Campsite.

Other than that, everything is on schedule. All trekkers need to do is pack the essentials and be ready for the mountains.

Rupin Pass Trek

  • The weather of the Rupin trek is rainy today. Trekkers are advised to pack the essentials accordingly.
  • The route of the Rupin pass trek is all clear, all the roads are open.
  • All the previous batches and current 5th - 11th October batch all are on schedule. The 5th October batch is now moving from Bawta to Jakha campsite.

EVERY NEPAL TREK

After continuous spells of rain from the last few days the routes of the treks were affected causing temporary blockage, but the weather has finally cleared up.

The skies are all bright, weather is pleasant and all the routes are accessible again to continue your trekking journey in the region of Nepal.

Everest Base Camp

Due to the rainy weather the batches faced few hurdles but good news, that all the treks are on schedule. Speaking of -

  • The 3rd October batch did face a sudden weather change situation but at last they are moving on schedule and will be able to complete their trek on time.
  • They have fled from Ramechaap to Lukla and now they will move from Lukla to Phakding.
  • As for 4th and 5th October batches, they have reached Ramechaap today and will stay tonight at Ramechaap.
  • Tomorrow both the batches are scheduled to fly to Lukla, to continue their trek.
Annapurna Base Camp Trek
  • The weather in that region is said to be pleasant for now. Trekkers are advised to pack the essentials accordingly.
  • For now, the authorities have opened all the roads for trekkers.
  • Now, the batch of 3rd, 4th and 5th of October are on schedule.
  • The 3rd October batch is currently moving from Chhomrong to Bamboo.
  • The 4th October batch is running 1 day late from the scheduled date. The batch is currently moving from Pokhra to Ghandruk.
  • The 5th October batch is going smoothly on schedule. As they have now moved from Pokhra to the Ghandruk site.

Other than this, we will keep updating you further if there is any change in the route in the future.

Khopra Ridge Trek
  • The weather in Khopra Ridge is pleasant for now, and the current batch is 1 day behind the scheduled day.
  • The current batch of Khopra Ridge, 4th to 12th Oct, has moved from Pokhara and reached the Ghandruk campsite.
  • The route for the Khopra Ridge is now all open for trekkers. Trekkers can enjoy the trek without experiencing any hurdles.
Everest Base Camp Via Gokyo RI
  • The weather in Everest Base Camp is quite pleasant for trekkers.
  • The batch from 5th to 21st October is running smoothly and as scheduled.
  • The batch has just moved from Kathmandu and will reach Ramechaap soon.
  • After reaching, they will stay at Ramechaap and then fly to Lukla.
Manaslu Circuit Trek
  • The weather in the Manaslu region is very pleasant for now. Perfect for trekkers to enjoy the easy trail while trekking.
  • The 4th to 17th October batch, unfortunately, is behind the schedule and is running 1 day delayed from the scheduled date.
  • Currently, the batch has moved from Kathmandu to Machhakhola.
Satopanth Lake Trek

The major Update on Satopanth Trek: Due to the trekking restrictions in the Satopanth Lake trek region, the route of the trek has been diverted to the Winter Kuari Pass trek.

  • The batch has reached Guling Campsite.

All the upcoming trekkers are advised to start their packing, keep all the essentials, and be prepared to experience the beauty of the mountains. Every trail of your chosen trek awaits you all !!!
