The arrival of monsoon is showing its indication, so overcast conditions are expected to persist for a few days. In some higher-altitude areas, rain may become more intense during the afternoon and evening.
Trekkers need to be prepared as mountain weather can shift suddenly, with temperatures to remain cool consistently. Waterproof clothing, rain covers for backpacks, trekking poles, and sturdy footwear with good grip are strongly recommended.
