December 01, 2025, Trek Update: Kuari Pass, Dayara, Sandakphu, and Kedarkantha Trek

The winter season has officially started, bringing all the chills and cosy vibes and lots of ups and downs in the weather with it. So, start getting prepared for the trail, and here is today’s complete weather forecast to keep all trekkers updated.

To make the treks easier for you, we have provided a comprehensive update on the current status of all the treks and batches. So, now you don’t have to worry about tracking the weather situation.

Uttrakhand Treks

Winter Kuari Pass Trek

Today, the weather in Pipalkoti is clear and perfect to continue or begin your trekking journey. Apart from that, new winter treks have started -

• On November 30th, a new batch started. Currently, they are on their Day 2 schedule; today, they will move from Pipalkoti to Gulling Top.
• On December 1st, a new batch started, and today they will begin their journey as they move from Rishikesh to Pipalkoti.

Chopta Chandrashila with Deoriatal (5 Days)

The weather in Sari, on the Chopta Chandrashila Trek, is clear today. As for the batches -

• On 29th November, a new batch of Chopta started, and today they will move from Deoria Tal to Tala Village, and then they will drive to Baniyakund.
• Another batch started on 30th November, and today they will move from Sari to Alpine Lake Deoriatal.

Dayara Bugyal Trek

The weather in the Dayara Bugyal trek is clear today, as for the batch update.

• A new batch has started on 29th November, and today they will be moving from Gui to Chilapada.

Kedarkantha Trek

The current weather in the Kedarkantha Trek region is clear today. Regarding the batches, a new batch has started today.

• The 1st December batch will leave from Dehradun to reach the Sankri base camp today.

Nag Tibba Weekend Trek

The weather in the Nag Tibba region is completely clear, as for the batch.

• Since it was a weekend trek, it started on 29th November, and trekkers came back to Dehradun on 30th of November after witnessing and enjoying the Nag Tibba Top view.

North East Treks

Sandakphu Trek

The current weather in Sandakphu Trek is clear today, and as for the batch update -

• A new batch started in Sandakphu on 29th November, and today they will move from Samanden to Phalut via Gorkhey.
• Another batch has started on 30th November, and today they will be moving from Sepi to Samanden via Ramam.
