Our August 16 Mount Kilimanjaro batch has successfully reached the summit! Today marks the final day of their journey as the entire team flies back home together from Kilimanjaro International Airport.

This was a special batch for us. 11 trekkers, along with TTH co-founders Rakesh Pant and Sandeep Rawat, took on this journey together, with both our co-founders personally leading the trail and walking alongside the group throughout the journey.

The brightest stars of this batch were our two young climbers, Reyansh Pant (9 years old) and Prisha Rawat (10 years old). They have become the youngest male and female trekkers from Uttarakhand to achieve this milestone.

The Trek of Your Dreams

Mount Kilimanjaro is a trek that almost every climber dreams of taking. It is the highest peak in Africa, but what makes it truly unique is that it is actually a giant dormant volcano. It stands tall above the plains of Africa and offers a landscape that changes with altitude. The trek starts in the rainforest, then moves through open moorlands and high-altitude desert. As you get closer to the summit, the landscape becomes rocky and volcanic, with glaciers around the higher slopes.

At the top, you reach Uhuru Peak at 5,895 metres, the highest point in Africa. From the edge of a volcanic crater, above the clouds, it is a moment you will remember for a lifetime.

For this batch, that dream is now a reality – with 11 trekkers making it to the summit, our founders leading the way, and two young climbers achieving a milestone of their own. The 16 August batch will always hold a special place in the TTH journey.
