Once again, the Himalayas are experiencing a huge change in their weather conditions. Yesterday, the treks which were experiencing sunny weather conditions are now either having rain or it’s cloudy there today.
So, the trekkers who are about to go on the trek or have reached there are advised to carry light rain gear and be prepared for sudden changes, as mountain weather can be unpredictable. Although, irrespective of the change in weather conditions all the treks are running as per their schedule.
Here is today’s forecast on various trekking trails:
Kuari Pass Trek
The weather in the Kuari Pass base camp (Pipalkoti) has completely changed and it’s rainy once again. As for the batch update -

To sum it up, it’s a great time to be in the mountains. A few trails, however, will see cloud cover and light to heavy rainfall. In any case, trekkers are advised to carry light rain protection and layer appropriately, as the weather in the Himalayas can shift quickly.
