Weather across the Himalayan trekking regions is showing mixed conditions, with a combination of sunshine, clouds, and rainfall. While the overall trekking activity continues, trekkers should remain prepared for sudden changes in mountain weather.
The Valley of Flowers region is currently experiencing rainy conditions, with monsoon showers and cloudy weather along the trail. Conditions across several Himachal trekking routes are comparatively brighter, with sunny spells and generally pleasant weather.
As per the latest reports, here’s how the weather looks today across the Himalayan trekking regions:
UTTARAKHAND TREKS UPDATE
Valley of Flowers Trek
The weather at the Valley of Flowers base camp (Pipalkoti) is rainy today. As for the batches:
The batch of 22nd August is on its 6th day, and today, they will drive from Pipalkoti to Rishikesh.
The two batches of 23 August are on their 5th day, and today, they will trek from Ghangaria to Govindghat and Drive to Pipalkoti (Badrinath optional).
The customized batch of 23rd August is on its 5th day, and today, they will trek from Ghangaria to Govindghat and Drive to Pipalkoti (Badrinath optional).
The two batches of 24th August are on their 4th day, and today, they will trek from Ghangaria to Hemkund Sahib and back to Ghangaria.
The batch of 25 August is on its 3rd day, and today, they will trek from Ghangaria to Valley of Flower and back to Ghangaria.
The batch of 26th August is on its second day, and today, they will drive from Pipalkoti to Govindghat-Pulna and trek to Ghangaria.

Hampta Pass Trek
The weather at the Hampta Pass base camp (Manali) continues to be sunny today. As for the batches:
The batch of 23 August is on its 5th day, and today, they will drive from Chatru to Manali.
The 24 August batches are on their 4th day, and today, they will trek from Shea Goru to Chatru and drive to Chandratal.
The batch of 26 August is on its second day, and today, they will trek from Chhika to Balu Ka Ghera.
A new batch has begun to Hampta Pass, and today, they will drive from Manali to Jobra and trek from Jobra to Chhika.
Pin Bhaba Trek
The weather at the Pin Bhaba Pass base camp (Kafnu) is sunny today. As for the batches:
The batch of 23rd August is on its 5th day, and today, they will trek from Kara to Phutsirang.
The batch of 24th August is on its 4th day, and today is Rest and Acclimatization at Kara.
Yunam Peak expedition
The weather at the base camp of the Yunam Peak trek, Manali, continues to be sunny today. As for the batches:
The 23rd August batch is on its 5th day, and today, they will trek from Bharatpur to Base camp.
LEH - LADAKH EXPEDITION TREK

The 22nd August batch to Markha Valley and Dzo Jongo East Expedition, with 9 trekkers and 8 climbers, is on its 6th day. Today, they will trek from Hankar to Nimaling.
