TTH Trek Update: Hampta Pass Continues To Attract The Trekkers, Three New Batches Begin Today
In the past few weeks the weather has been changing constantly, from cloudy to rainy to once again being all bright and sunny today. So, all trekkers need to make sure that they keep hydrating themselves throughout the trek, and must carry sunscreen to protect themselves from rays of sunlight.
Apart from that, trekkers can easily experience all the beauty of the mountains, as all the batches are running very smoothly. Now, here is today's update on various trekking batches.
HIMACHAL TREKS UPDATE
Rupin Pass Trek
The weather at the Rupin Pass Trek base camp (Bawta) has turned all cloudy today. As for the batch update:
The 20th June batch is on the last day of their schedule, and today they will move from Ronti Gad to Sangla and drive to Shimla.
The 22nd June batch is on the 5th day of their schedule, and today they will move from Dandreyash Thatch to Upper Waterfall.
The 24th June batch is on the 3rd day of their schedule, and today they will move from Jakha to Saruwas Thatch.
Buran Ghati Trek
The weather in Janglik, the base camp of the Buran Ghati trek, is cloudy today. As for the trek updates:
The 20th June batch is the last day of their schedule, and today they will move from Munirang to Barua Village and drive to Shimla.
The 21st June batch is the 6th day of their schedule, and today they will move from Dhunda to Munirang via Buran Ghati Pass.
The 24th June batch is the 3rd day of their schedule, and today they will move from Dayara Thatch to Litham.
Hampta Pass Trek
The weather at the Hampta Pass base camp (Manali) has changed, and it’s currently sunny there. As for the batches:
The three batches of 22nd June are on the last day of their trek schedule, and today they will drive from Chatru to Manali.
The three batches of 23rd June are on the 4th day of their trek schedule, and today they will trek from Shea Goru to Chatru and drive to Chandratal.
The three batches of 24th June are on the 3rd day of their trek schedule, and today they will trek from Balu Ka Ghera to Shea Goru via Hampta Pass.
The three batches of 25th June are on the 2nd day, and today they will trek from Chhika to Balu Ka Ghera.
Three new batches of Hampta Pass began on 26th June, and today they will drive from Manali to Jobra and then trek from Jobra to Chhika.
Friendship Peak Expedition
The weather at the base camp of Friendship Peak (Manali) has changed, and it’s currently sunny there. As for the batches:
The 21st June batch is on the 6th day of their schedule, and today they will move from Summit attempt and back to Lady Leg Camp.
The weather in all the trekking regions has taken quite a turn, and currently it’s all bright and sunny. All the trekkers can easily be rewarded with some truly breathtaking landscape views of the Himalayas.
