23rd February Weather Update: New Batch of Brahmatal, Kuari Pass, and Chopta 3-day Begins

The weather has been all bright and sunny in all the trekking regions. Making it a perfect day to begin or continue your trekking journey in the mountains.

But it is our firm advice to you all that before going on the trek, make sure to prepare yourself properly and carry the gear too, because the weather can be quite unpredictable at times.

As for the change in the weather update? You don’t have to worry about that; we will make sure to keep you updated if there are any changes in the weather in the future.

  • Uttarakhand Treks

Winter Kuari Pass Trek

Today, the weather in the Kuari Pass base camp (Pipalkoti) has turned bright and sunny. As for the batch updates—

  • The 21st February batch is on day 3 of their trek schedule, and today they will move from Gulling Top to Tali Forest Camp.
  • The 22nd February batch is on day 2 of their schedule, and today they will move from Pipalkoti to Gulling Top.
  • A new batch of Kuari Pass began on 23rd February, and today they will move from Rishikesh to Pipalkoti.

Chopta Chandrashila Trek

Today, the weather in the Chopta base camp (Sari) is all bright and sunny. As for the weather updates—

  • The 20th February batch is on day 4 of their schedule, and today they will move from Baniyakund to Chopta and trek to Tungnath and Chandrashila and return.
  • The 22nd February batch is on day 2 of their schedule, and today they will move from Sari to Alpine Lake Deoriatal.

Chopta Chandrashila 3-day Trek

Today, the weather in the Chopta base camp (Baniyakund) is all bright and sunny. As for the weather updates—

  • The 22nd February Chopta 3-day trek is on day 2 of their schedule, and today they will move from Baniyakund to Chopta (drive) and trek to Tungnath and Chandrashila and return.
  • A new batch of the 3-day Chopta trek began on 23rd February, and today they will move from Rishikesh to Baniyakund.

Kedarkantha Trek

The weather at the Kedarkantha base camp in Sankri has turned all sunny for now. As for the trek updates—

  • The 21st February batch is on day 3 of their schedule, and today they will move from Juda-Ka-Talab to Kedarkantha Base.
  • The 22nd February is on day 2 of their schedule, and today they will move from Sankri to Juda-Ka-Talab.

Brahmatal Trek

The weather in the Brahmatal region has taken a complete turn, and currently it is all sunny there. As for the batch updates -

  • The 20th February batch is on day 4 of their schedule, and today they will move from Tilandi to Brahmatal via Jhandi top and Brahmatal Summit.
  • The 21st February batch is on day 3 of their schedule, and today they will move from Gujreni to Tilandi.
  • The 22nd February batch is on day 2 of their schedule, and today they will move from Lohajung to Gujreni.
  • A new batch of Brahmatal has begun on 23rd February, and today they will move from Rishikesh to Lohajung.

Dayara Bugyal Trek

The weather at Dayara Bugyal has also shifted and has turned all sunny now. As for the batches—

  • The 20th February batch is on day 4 of their schedule, and today they will move from Chilapada to Dayara top and trek to Nayata.
  • A new batch of Dayara Bugyal began on 23rd February, and today they will move from Dehradun to Natin Village.

Gulabi Kantha Trek

The weather at the Gulabi Kantha base camp, which is Hanuman Chatti, has turned all sunny for now. As for the trek updates—

  • The 21st February batch is on day 4 of their trek schedule, and today they will move from Seema Thatch to Gulabi Kantha Summit and descend to Kandola Chhani.
  • The 22nd February batch is on day 2 of their schedule, and today they will move from Hanuman Chatti to Kandola Chhani.
  • North-East Treks

Sandakphu Trek

The weather in (Sepi) Sandakphu base camp is all bright and sunny right now, and it will remain so throughout the day.

  • The 22nd February batch is on day 2 of their schedule, and today they will move from Sepi to Samanden via Ramam.
