Essential Points During the Monsoon

1. Plan for Buffer Days: During the monsoon season, keep buffer days for your trek journey. This will help accommodate any unexpected delays due to weather conditions or road disruptions, ensuring you have ample time to reach or return from Manali without any issues.

2. Rain Gear Essentials: Make sure you pack essential rain gear, including a high-quality waterproof jacket, umbrella, and water-resistant footwear. Proper rain protection will help you stay comfortable and dry, even during heavy rain.

3. Waterproof Bag Covers: To safeguard your belongings from getting wet, use waterproof covers for your bags. These covers will shield your items from rain, and your gear and valuables will remain dry throughout your journey.

4. Protect Your Essentials: Always wrap your clothes, electronics, and other important items in plastic or polythene bags. This extra layer of protection will protect your essentials from the rain.

5. Unpredictable Weather: Be aware that weather conditions can change rapidly and unpredictably. Be prepared for sudden changes in weather, including heavy rainfall and fog.

Our team at TTH is always in constant contact with local and transport authorities to monitor conditions and provide regular updates. We will keep you informed of any new advisories. Stay tuned and updated with the latest information to ensure a smooth and safe journey.

Stay safe and stay updated!
