Located in the hinterlands of the Garhwal Himalayas, the four pilgrim sites Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath, and Badrinath are considered the most sacred shrines.

As per the rules of the Pay Commission, Special Casual Leave can be availed for up to 30 days in a calendar year for trekking/mountaineering expeditions through a registered organization. Day 1: Arrival In Dehradun|Hotel Stay with Dinner
Transfer to Hotel
The journey to the divine Char Dham begins at Dehradun. Upon arrival at Dehradun airport or railway station, you
and our representative will receive an assisted transfer to our luxurious hotel for a complimentary stay. Dinner and
breakfast are included on the day of arrival. Spend the day relaxing after the check-in process. Later in the evening,
you will receive a briefing about the tour. Sleep well, your journey to the Char Dham starts tomorrow.
Dehradun To Yamunotri| Hotel stay with All meals.

Our beautiful journey to the mystical Dhams commences at Dehradun
and our very first destination is the revered Yamunotri Dham. On the
very first day of your, our coordinator will meet you at the hotel and
will drive you to the Shastradhara Helipad in Dehradun. This will be
both starting and the ending point of your trip. Once you reach the
helipad, the pilot and ground crew will give you a briefing about what
you can expect on the trip and during the flight, the flights duration
and other information you might need to know. From the
Shastradhara airport, we will head to the Kharsali Helipad. Kharsali
village is considered as the winter abode of Goddess Yamuna and the
locals also refer to it as ‘Khusimath’. Yamunotri Shrine is located 5 km
away from Kharsali and you will rewatch the temple on a palanquin.
Pay your homage at the divine temple and return back to Kharsali where you will spend the night. There are also two
other sacred ancient temples in Kharsali - Shani Temple & Yamuna Mata Temple that you can visit.
Day 3: Yamunotri To Gangotri| Hotel stay with All meals

The second day of your trip is as eventful as the first day and today we
will head to Gangotri Dham, the abode of goddess Ganga - the holiest
river in our country. Gangotri Valley showcases the most beautiful
Himalayan landscapes. We start our day with a hearty breakfast at
Kharsali, post which you will take a heli ride to Harshil from Kharsali.
Harshil is one of the most picturesque valleys in Uttarakhand and it will
definitely capture your attention. Gangotri Dham is located at a
distance of 25 km from Harshil and it takes approximately 45 minutes to drive to Gangotri. Pay a visit to the Gangotri
temple and take a dip in the holy river of Ganga right near its origins and bask in the divinity of the place. After
completing the puja rituals and sightseeing around Gangotri, you will head to Harshil. Your stay is arranged in
premium accommodation with facilities like an ensuite bathroom, delectable vegetarian food and local sightseeing
opportunities around the beautiful Harshil Valley. The day ends with a freshly prepared delicious dinner and an
evening bonfire
Gangotri To Kedarnath| Hotel stay with All meals
● Departure Time: 9:00 am | Location: Harshil Airport
● Arrival Time: 9:30 am | Location: Kedarnath Helipad (Base Camp)
Wake up with a beautiful sunrise in Harshil, have a hearty breakfast and
get ready to visit the Kedarnath Dham. First, the heli ride will take you
from Harshil to Guptkashi or Phata helipad from where you will have a
shuttle change and then head from Guptkashi/ Phata to Kedarnath Base
Camp. Keep in mind that during changing the helicopters from Guptkashi/
Phata to Kedarnath you may have to wait from 10 minutes to 3 hrs
depending on the weather conditions or technical reasons. A sanctum of
spirituality, Kedarnath Dham is visited by numerous pilgrims every year. The temple is of the 12 Jyotirlingas in India.
Once you land in the land of kedara, you will feel the mysticism in the air, it is such a divine experience. At Kedarnath,
our team will take you for a VIP Darshan and Jal Abhishek at the temple. Post this, we will head back to Guptakashi
where your stay for the night is arranged. Sleep well as tomorrow we
visit another mystical Dham.
Kedarnath To Badrinath| Hotel stays with All meals
● Departure Time: 10:00 am | Location: Kedarnath Helipad
● Arrival Time: 10:45 am | Location: Badrinath Helipad
Today we will head to land of Narayan, Badrinath Dham. The last of the
Chardham. The heli ride from Phata to Badrinath is one enchanting one
as you get to see the deep valleys and stunning views of the majestic
Himalayan peaks. Upon arrival at Badrinath, you will be driven to your
hotel where you can have your breakfast/ lunch post which you will be
taken on a VIP Darshan of Badrinath. Take a dip in the holy Tapt Kund
before you enter the temple. Post darshan, you can spend leisurely hours in the valley of Narayn and explore the nearby sightseeing places. End your day with a delectable dinner at the
hotel and retire for the night in the hotel.
Badrinath To Dehradun|Breakfast|Airport Dropping
● Departure Time: 10:00am | Location: Badrinath Helipad
● Arrival Time: 11:30 am | Location: Shastradhara Airport, Dehradun
After a delectable breakfast in the morning, and paying our respects at the Badrinath Temple, we will fly back to
Dehradun. The pleasant memories that you have gathered in these 4 days will stay with you forever.
First of all everyone has to reach Dehradun, after that TTH will take care of your further travel plan.

Options to reach Dehradun
1. Take an overnight train/bust to Dehradun, and then take a cab to the pickup point.
We always recommend to go for the govt. Buses over the private ones outside the bus station as based on the experience we have found that there are very high chances of delay involved with private buses. Also, govt. Buses are always more reliable. Whichever bus you choose, just make sure to reach Rishikesh at least by 05:30 am positively.
2. Take flight to Dehradun airport (Jolly Grant Airport) (25 km, 50 min), if coming by flight then come one day early.
Trekkers will be dropped at Dehradun Railway station by 06:00 PM, for onward journey from Dehradun it is advised to make arrangements after 08:00 PM.
The distance from Railway Station to Dehradun Bus Stand (ISBT) is 6 km, it will take approx 25 minutes.

CANCELLATIONS POLICY:
If passengers cancel their booking prior to or after the commencement of the tour, following cancellation charges will be applicable –
1. 25 Days prior : 5% Cancelled Fee of total cost
2. 15 Days prior : 30% Cancellation of total cost
3. 10 Days prior : 50% cancellation fee of total cost
4. Between 9 to 0 days : No refund
5. No show: No Refund.
6. After commencement of tour: No Refund.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Flexible Flying Time
The time scheduled for the charters will is always subject to flying permissions and weather conditions and as such they may change. Also, if there are technical issues or adverse weather condition then the flight may be cancelled altogether.
Luggage Weight
There is a limitation on the luggage weight that you can carry on a helicopter. Only a small luggage bag or a duffle bag weighing a maximum of 5 kg is allowed on the charter provided your body weight is exactly the same as mentioned at the time of booking. Suitcases and big luggage bags including hard case bags are strictly prohibited onboard the helicopter.
Bodyweight Limitation
A helicopter can carry a total of 6 passengers with a total body weight limitation of 445kg for 6 passengers. The helicopter Yatra board holds all the right to De-Board a passenger from the helicopter if their weight does not match the weight at the time of booking. In such a scenario, we are not liable to refund your money. We request you to share the accurate body weight measured with an electronic scale.
Grouping Of Passenger
Helicopter operating company reserve the right to shuffle passengers between helicopters to manage the right weight for flying safely as there is a limited weight carrying capacity of the helicopter. So, there is a chance that you may not sit with your group in the same helicopter.
Flying Schedule
The order in which the Char Dham is covered may change due to weather conditions, technical difficulties, rush in any particular temple or government permissions.
Charge For Infants
Any infant below the age of 2 years old can be accommodated free of charge. You need to provide valid documents like ID proof or birth certificate as age proof of the child.
Weather Conditions
Flying in hilly areas is always subject to weather conditions which can cause delay or cancellation of the flight. This is why we recommend our clients keep an additional day or a buffer day on top of the 5N and 6D in the itinerary to avoid such inconveniences. Due to bad weather, there can be delays and changes in the itinerary and having this buffer day can help make up for the same. Sometimes the trip may be cancelled on the day of your arrival due to bad weather and in such circumstances, we will offer a full refund except for expenses in Dehradun.
BAD WEATHER ; FORCE MAJEURE DISCLAIMER
Flying in hills is subject to bad weather, and many Force Majeure factors like delayed Air Traffic Clearances/Permissions, VVIP movements, valley flying by Indian Air Force (NOTAM), a sudden occurrence of technical snag in aircraft, illness of flying crew or late reporting of the guests at the helipads, among others. Therefore, passengers must be prepared to face any eventuality and inconvenience in case of such scenarios. Hotels are likely to change in the rarest unavoidable situations. Similar ones would be provided in that case.
Rooms are booked on a double or triple-sharing basis only.
For a separate single occupancy room, it will be extra chargeable @ INR 25,000/person (tax inclusive).
Hotels at all the Dhams are non-star categories. Though we have handpicked the hotels which are best in these locations. Assuring trustworthy services and comforts.
We strongly advise our passengers to keep one additional day at hand, over & above the 5N6Dperiod, to avoid inconvenience in case passengers get stuck at any of the destinations due to bad weather or force majeure scenarios.
Airport transfers will be provided only on the arrival day at Dehradun, and on the last day, i.e.,6th day of the tour. Any donations, tips, pitthu, palki/pony, and porter charges shall be borne by the guests.
AADHAR Card copies are to be shared by all Indian passengers, ; passport in case of foreign nationals.
BSNL, Airtel & Jio are the main telecom services, that work in these regions mostly, but not always.
All temples in Char Dham sector are located at high altitudes, therefore passengers are advised to carry medication during travel. Also, they are advised to carry heavy woolen clothing with them, because during evenings & nights, the temperature can drop drastically.
MEDICAL EMERGENCIES
We will not be liable for any medical emergency on the ground to the passengers. Therefore, in your own interest, passengers are hereby advised to kindly consult a doctor and get a medical check-up done before commencing the yatra. A medical check-up is mainly required if a passenger has any medical ailment or condition.
As operators we reserve the right to cancel passengers, who are unruly, abusive, intoxicated, sick, mentally unfit, or anyone else whom we deem to be unsafe to fly. No refund shall be done to the such passenger(s).
RESCHEDULING OF BOOKING: Rescheduling your booking to any future or prior travel date will be done subject to availability, and on payment of 10% of the total tour cost. This will be permitted only if informed at least 07 days before the arrival date.
In case the rescheduling is requested less than 07 days prior to the travel date, then the booking would be treated as cancelled, and a fresh booking will be given subject to availability, after the levy of applicable cancellation charges.
FORCE MAJEURE & BAD WEATHER REFUNDS:
Basis of Refund:
Rs.25000/ would be refunded for each unitized sector, considering each dham as one sector for four Dhams.
Additional Services: Deduction of any additional services provided at any of the Dhams during the tour of the passengers will be deducted over and above the refundable Tour Cost.
Refund against any unutilized service will not be calculated separately and added to the refundable- amount.
COVID-19 Case or any National/State Emergency:
In case passengers test COVID positive before the travel, or the Yatra gets called off by the government, or any National or State emergency is imposed, there will be no refunds applicable.
However, passengers will be provided a Credit Voucher by us against the advance paid, which will be valid for one year. It can be utilized against any of our helicopter tours or charter services (for the full amount of the credit voucher), by the guests or any of their friends/relatives.
BAD WEATHER & FORCE MAJEURE POLICIES:
Where bad weather, technical snags, or any force majeure reason beyond our control services control results in the cancellation of your flight being delayed or canceled, We will not be liable in any way for the cancelled or delayed flight. However, a refund will be given to clients as per our refund policy. Any kind of inconvenience caused because of the cancellation of flights is beyond the control of the operator. No compensation or reimbursement for accommodation, transportation, meals, or any other extra travel expenses done by the guests shall be offered in the event of cancellation of a flight.
In case tour departure does not take place from Dehradun on Day One due to the above reasons, the tour will be considered cancelled and a full refund as per our policies will be made. However, in case the passengers would like to consider taking the tour on the next available date, a fresh booking can be made for the same. Our team will propose the available options to the guests.
The balance/unutilized amount against the previous booking can be adjusted against the fresh booking. And any extra costs that would be accruing will have to be borne by the guests.
In case the tour departs from Dehradun as per schedule but gets disrupted, while the tour is ongoing, our team will propose the possible revised itinerary within the scheduled package days, but without any extension of days.
Any extension, proposed by the passengers, in the package will only be considered at an extra cost and subject to operational viability.
In case 05 straight days of flying does not take place, a full refund as per our policies will be made to the passengers
Additional night halt charges will be payable by the passengers to hotels on a direct payment basis when they get stuck for additional nights due to bad weather/force majeure reasons.
Our helicopters may not fly to Harsil, in case of turbulent wind conditions – which is often in the Harsil valley after 1200 Hrs.
If any passenger(s) require ferry flights to be operated for them in an emergency, the cost for the same will be charged to the party @ INR 1,00,000/hr plus GST
While the tour is ongoing if any group demands to cancel their tour mid-way, the arrangement of transportation we would try to provide, however, the cost for the same will be borne by the passengers on direct payment basis.
Any increase in government levies or taxes, after the confirmation of booking, will be extra chargeable to the passengers. Payment against the same will have to be made before the commencement of the tour.
DISPUTES: Disputes as to legality, interpretation, application, or performance of service or any of its terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Haridwar/Dehradun Jurisdiction.
