Terms and Conditions for the Everest Base Camp winner

By entering and participating in the TTH Everest Base Camp Trek Giveaway, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility: The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 or older who follow TTH on both Instagram and YouTube.

2. Winner Announcement: The winner will be announced on 26th January on both our YouTube channel and Instagram page. The winner must respond within 48 hours of the announcement to claim the prize. Failure to do so may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

3. Prize: The prize is a free Everest Base Camp (EBC) trek worth Rs 67,000, provided by TTH. This includes only the services listed in the official trek package (transport, accommodation, meals during the trek, guides, etc.). Additional expenses such as personal gear, insurance, offload services, and international/domestic flights (if required) are not covered. Please note that the trek will start and end in Kathmandu.

4. Content Requirements: The winner agrees to document their trek experience by sharing content on their personal social media accounts (Instagram, YouTube, or any other platforms) during and after the trek. The winner must post at least 3 stories and 1 post per day during the trek. After the trek, the winner must upload a reel/video on Instagram and/or a YouTube video highlighting their EBC trek experience, tagging TTH and using the hashtag #EBCwithTTH. All posts must feature TTH’s logo and tag our official account.

5. Branding and Promotion: The winner agrees to allow TTH to repost and use its content (photos, videos, stories) for marketing purposes across its social media channels, website, and promotional materials.

6. Non-transferable: The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other services. The winner must personally participate in the trek; no substitutions are allowed.

7. Travel Dates: The winner must redeem their free EBC trek between April and May 2025 from the date of winning. Trek dates are subject to availability, and TTH will work with the winner to choose a suitable date based on availability. We will offer you 3 batch dates You have to choose based on availability.

8. Health & Fitness: The winner must meet the required health and fitness standards to participate in the trek. A medical check-up or clearance may be required, and TTH reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is deemed unfit for the trek.

9. Disqualification: TTH reserves the right to disqualify any participant or winner if they fail to meet the participation requirements or violating any of the above terms. In such cases, a new winner will be selected.

10. Modifications: TTH reserves the right to modify or terminate the giveaway at any time, including extending or shortening the contest period, without prior notice. By entering the contest, participants acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
